HILLSONG MERCH UK – TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 19 October 2026

Overview
Welcome to Hillsong Merch UK. “We”, “us” and “our” mean  Hillsong Merch UK, a trading name of Hillsong Church London (Company No. 05487537, Charity No. 1120355), which operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service and the policies they refer to set out your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal informaion. If you don’t agree to these Terms, please don’t use the Services.

1. Access and account
You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or that you’re using the Services with the consent of a parent or guardian. You may need to give us details such as your email address and billing information, and you confirm that what you provide is correct, current and complete. You’re responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity on your account.

2. Our products
We take care to show our cards accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings, and printing may differ slightly between batches. We may update product descriptions for future orders, and we may discontinue products or limit quantities.

3. About our cards and partners
Our Christmas cards feature artwork and stories connected with our partner organisations: Watoto, A21, Vision Rescue and World Vision. All net profits from sales of each card design will be donated to the partner organisation identified for that design. Partner names, logos and artwork are used with their permission and remain their property. We are not agents of these organisations.

4. Orders
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline your order, and it’s accepted when we confirm it. Your payment must be received before an order is accepted. Because our cards are printed on demand, we may be unable to change an order or stop production once printing has started. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights, or your other rights, which are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. If we can’t accept an order, we’ll contact you using the details you gave us and refund you in full. Our store is intended for personal and household purchases.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. The price charged is the price at the time you place your order, as shown in your confirmation email. Prices and promotions may change without notice. You confirm that the payment details you provide are correct and that you’re authorised to use them.

6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are printed on demand and delivered by our fulfilment partner, Prodigi, as set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Intellectual property
All content in the Services, including artwork, designs, text, images, logos and trademarks, is owned by us, our partner organisations or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any content without permission from the relevant rights holder. Cards and their artwork must not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Third-party tools and links
The Services may use or link to tools and websites provided by third parties, which may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for content or services provided directly by third-party websites we do not operate. This does not affect our responsibility for your order or your statutory rights. Please review their terms and policies before using them.

9. Relationship with Shopify
Our Services are powered by Shopify, but your purchases are made directly with us. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us.

10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Errors and inaccuracies
Occasionally, our content may contain errors in descriptions, prices, delivery information or availability. We may correct errors before accepting an order. If we identify a material error affecting your order after it has been accepted, we'll contact you. If we cannot fulfil the order as agreed, we'll refund you in full.

12. Prohibited uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use them to break the law, infringe others’ rights, harass or defame anyone, send spam or malicious code, scrape or copy the Services, or interfere with their security or operation.

13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you entered into the contract, or for business losses where you are purchasing as a consumer. The Services are provided “as available”, and we can’t guarantee they’ll be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but if you live elsewhere, you may also have rights under mandatory consumer laws and jurisdiction rules that apply where you live. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting changes on this page. We’ll notify you of material changes as required by law, and updated Terms will apply to future use of the Services and future orders from their effective date. They will not change the terms of an order we have already accepted unless you agree or the law allows it
