Shipping policy

Our Christmas cards are printed on demand and sent directly to you by our print and fulfilment partner, Prodigi.

Where we deliver: We deliver within the UK and to selected international destinations available at checkout. 

Printing and delivery times: Cards are printed after you order and are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days.

UK delivery typically takes a further 3-5 working days. 

Delivery to Europe typically takes a further 5-7 working days, while other international destinations may take around 10-15 working days. 

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Ordering for Christmas: For UK delivery, we recommend ordering by 15 December 2026 for the best chance of receiving your order before Christmas. Orders placed after this date may not arrive before Christmas. International customers should order earlier due to longer and varying delivery times.

Shipping costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size and are shown before you complete your purchase. Product prices shown in the store do not include shipping.

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided where available.

Multiple items: If you order several card designs, they may be produced separately and arrive in more than one parcels.

Delivery address: Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us at resource@hillsong.co.uk as soon as possible. We may not be able to change the address once your order has entered production. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes an order to be undeliverable or requires re-delivery, you may be responsible for reasonable additional delivery costs. 

Lost or damaged orders: If your order is overdue, or arrives damaged, please contact us at resource@hillsong.co.uk with your order number and, where relevant, photos of any damaged. We'll resolve the issue in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

International orders: Customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination and where your order is produced. Where these are not included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
