RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your new Hillsong Church UK Merchandise! Each item is designed with care and intention—but in the rare case something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know:

Your Statutory rights

Returns (Refunds)

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

·       You have the right to reject faulty goods and receive a full refund, including return shipping costs, within 30 days of purchase or request a repair or replacement e.g. if there is a clear misprint or manufacturing fault, or the item appears damaged upon receiving your purchase.

Note: Please check your items carefully upon receipt - We cannot take responsibility for items that appear damaged or worn after collection and use.
Custom or limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for return.

·       If you ordered online, you have a right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the goods and another 14 days to return them. This is known as the "cooling-off period" and applies even if you just changed your mind.

·       Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if making a return on an item they purchased online if they simply changed their mind.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all refunds.
  • The item must be in original condition (unworn and unwashed) - There must be no visible signs of wear or tear.

All returned items will be inspected before a refund is approved. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there are obvious signs of use or wear. In these cases, the customer keeps the item.

·       We do not offer cash refunds for online purchases made

·       Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available in person on the day of collection or purchase and are subject to stock availability and the following requirements are met

·       Custom or limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

·       You change your mind (size or colour of same item/value)- applicable for date of pick up (at event merchandise is attached to). 

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all exchanges.

·       The item must be in original condition, unworn and undamaged

·       Exchange must be for the same item (style/design), but different size or colour

·       No exchanges for different items or categories

·       We are unable to offer partial refunds for exchanged items of lower value

Legal Notice
This policy does not affect any additional statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
